training and support program for your company.
Each Compu-Solutions
client is provided combination support on their
system solution with a purchase of
the required Sage
Annual Software Assurance
Maintenance.
To have a successful implementation of any solution,
it takes the combined teamwork from the software reseller and the software
publisher. We can provide on-site and internet based training and support.
You will have your issues resolved quickly by a team
of friendly, helpful and knowledgeable professionals from both
Compu-Solutions and SAGE BusinessVision.
Compu-Solutions provides
direct local sales, on-site installation, on-site /
internet training and support with LOCAL phone / on-line
support for your Sage BusinessVision
products.
SAGE BusinessVision provides
publisher software maintenance releases
and publisher phone support
assistance as needed.
Assistance is broken up into four elements:

Software Training

On-Site Training
on SAGE BusinessVision software is provided by Compu-Solutions and is
performed at the customer site. Your staff learns using a demo copy of your
customers, suppliers, inventory and other information. This provides the fastest learning
with the greatest retention. |

On-Line Training
can be provided by connecting your office computer with ours
through
GoToMYPC and
or NETWORK STREAMING.
It's the next best option to On-Site support and offers
the fastest and most secure remote access method. If
necessary, follow-up or additional training can be provided this way. |
Software Support
 |
Local On-Site, On-Line Internet & Telephone support
is directly provided by Compu-Solutions. Your support
call provides for a average 5 - 10 minute response time. Our clients find that when
they can get such a fast reply, a simple answer can many times solve
any questions or issues. Compu-Solutions provides your primary
SOFTWARE SUPPORT. As your reseller, Compu-Solutions will answer your
questions, solve your issues and even go ON-LINE directly into your system
(with your permission) to view your issue and help your solve it in real time.
All Software Support Calls are billable at the current Compu-Solution rates. SAGE BusinessVision will also provide publisher support,
secondary to Compu-Solutions phone support. Callers must be a
registered user and have purchased and be current on Sage Software Assurance
Maintenance. |

Maintenance Releases
are provided directly from
SAGE BusinessVision when you have purchased the required Annual Sage Software
Assurance. They
offer the following programs designed to fit your specific needs. |
Required Software Assurance Maintenance Plan
This plan is required by Sage for every organization using Sage BusinessVision®
7 LE, Sage BusinessVision® 7 SBE or STD or Sage BusinessVision®
7 SQL. It provides automatic version and maintenance updates to your accounting system.
The cost of this plan is 18% per year of the M.S.R.P. software price for each
Sage BusinessVision product you buy.
The Software Assurance Maintenance plan is required for the first year. If at
any time you allow your plan to laps, this will incur a re-instatement fee from
Sage BusinessVision to re-purchase the plan.
You must be a member of Software Assurance Maintenance Plan to have access to
the other plans listed below.
Priority Software Support Plan
As a member of the Software Assurance Maintenance Plan, you also have the option of purchasing
for an additional flat fee of $ 475.00 for unlimited telephone
support issue resolutions directly from ” Publisher Technical Support. You will
have your issues resolved quickly by a team of friendly, helpful and knowledgeable professionals.
This program guarantees a 3-Hour response time during normal business hours.
On Demand Issue Program
As a member of the Software Assurance Maintenance Plan, you also have the option of purchasing
direct
“per incident” Publisher Technical Support calls anytime you need it at $ 125.00
per incident. You will have your issues resolved quickly by a team of
friendly, helpful and knowledgeable professionals. This program guarantees a
3-Hour response time during normal business hours.
Payroll Update Maintenance Plan
Since Payroll is an additional module that must be installed to Sage
BusinessVision, we recommend Paymate Payroll Module for use with Sage
BusinessVision. A Payroll Tax Update / Tech Support Maintenance Plan is
available for a small annual fee. This software will process all payroll needs
and includes U.S. Direct Deposit ability at no extra charge. The cost of Paymate
Software for a single user is only $ 995.00.

The
Software Assurance Maintenance Plan (minimum) is required for the first year |

At
least one, but not more than three, individuals from an organization must be
identified as Publisher Technical Support Contacts. These individuals will be the only
contacts in your organization allowed to submit support incidents to our
Technical Support Center. |
 |
A
publisher technical support incident is defined as a request for assistance on a single
issue, until that issue is resolved. |
 |
You may
upgrade to any higher-level plan at any point during your plan year; however,
the start date of the higher-level plan will be retroactive to the original
purchase date of the previous plan. |
 |
If, at
any time, you allow your plan to lapse, you will be charged a reinstatement
fee, plus lapsed time fee. |
 |
Sage BusinessVision®
Publisher Technical Support will provide assistance on installing the
software, descriptions of functions and features of the software, guidance on
operation of the software, clarification of software documentation and problem
analysis and resolution where applicable. Sage BusinessVision® Technical
Support will not provide assistance for non-Sage BusinessVision® products, nor
provide over-the-phone training, accounting advice and solutions, network
solutions, setting up Windows or editing of system files. Please
contact Compu-Solutions your Sage BusinessVision®
Business Partner when seeking assistance with those issues. |

Hardware and Network Support
Compu-Solutions will provide hardware and networking
expertise for clients who need this service. This provides for SINGLE VENDOR
RESPONSIBILITY, we try to never put you the customer in the "middle" between
hardware and software vendors.
If your company has existing hardware
and a network that meet Compu-Solutions requirements, then we will work directly
with your hardware and network provider to provide your solution. Our overall
goal is to "fill in" any gaps preventing your company from receiving the
benefits of a true integrated complete solution.

Corporation on any hardware supplied by Compu-Solutions. Compu-Solutions is a
VAR reseller of Dell Products. |
